- 1 drop lemon essential oil
- 1 drop bergamot essential oil
- 1 drop ylang ylang essential oil
- 1 drop frankincense essential oil
- 1 drop lemon balm (Melissa) essential oil

- Carrier oil of your choice
- A 10ml roll-on bottle
- Add one drop of each essential oil for mood balance to your amber glass roll-on bottle.
