Diluting with a carrier oil can prevent skin irritations as well. I love using carrier oils because it makes my essential oils last longer.
Sweet almond oil adds a dose of soothing Vitamin A and E to your skin. It’s lightly moisturizing and has a slightly sweet scent. If you have nut allergies, substitute this oil with one of the carrier oil options mentioned in this post.
