[00:00:00] All right. Dr. Are you there, my friend? I sure am. How you doing, doctor? Good to see. I, I’m blessed. I’m alive. I’m well, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be here with you. Thanks so much for joining us. Absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you. Thank you for putting this presentation on together. We we’re gonna have a lot of fun today.
[00:00:26] I see that there’s a lot of people, uh, yeah. All around the world, so Yes. Tell us where you’re coming in from. We’re, we’re curious. Yes. Please give us a thumbs up. Let us know that you can hear. Um, everyone. Sandra from Mexico. Kathy from Missouri. Glen, um, Glenys from Australia. Yes. We have over 2000 people from around the globe that have joined us today.
[00:00:47] And so thanks everybody. Um. If you were part of the Heart Attack and Stroke summit that I recently just hosted with my buddy, Dr. Jack Wolfson, you’ll you notice that I interviewed, um, Dr. Cyrus here for the event. And that was a fantastic discussion, fantastic discussion that just lends itself to like, what exactly is this, this wonderful superfood?
[00:01:13] Um, what is Amla Green, right? And so I got a couple things I wanna share, y’all. I’ll just give everyone a minute to, to join in. Um, I’ve been using, um, Dr. Cyrus’s product now for about four or five months. And Mama Z just started using it significantly more than normal. And I’m like, look, you gotta put this in, you gotta put this stuff in.
[00:01:36] Here’s what happened to Sabrina. She’s nine months pregnant and her hyper, her blood pressure was through the roof. So she’s like, she was this close to getting diagnosed with, um, gestational hypertension and all y’all might know or might not know, that’s, that’s a preeclampsia type of condition that could be really bad news bears for mom and baby.
[00:01:55] Very serious. And we are gonna be giving home birth, God willing, right? So this is our seventh child, Sabrina’s 46 years old, so everyone’s like high alert, right? We do have a, a wonderful midwife and a nurse midwife with hospital privileges. So we’re going through the whole system, you know, not our first rodeo.
[00:02:13] And I made Mama Z a wonderful blood, blood pressure, hypertension blend that works wonders on essential oils. And then she started taking two scoops of Amla Green every day. And her blood pressure’s perfect. And it’s like, we’re going day by day right now. And again, she’s chilled out. Um, she’s rested, she quit coffee, just like she was really praying like, what do I do?
[00:02:38] And it was like, everything coming together seems to really be working. And she’s like, Hey, oh yeah. Tell Cyrus thanks so much because my blood pressure is good. Awesome, awesome. So Mama Z gives a thumbs up and, and myself, like we were talking, Cyrus, I’m not as much of a exercise enthusiast as you. I wish I were.
[00:02:57] Um, I’m always going to use the excuse of having soon to be seven babies. I just, man, if I could get 10 minutes in, I’m happy. Um, but I play pickleball a couple times a week. I love my pickleball. I work out a couple times a week and y’all, something happened to me. I got old than what I was before. I’m not old, but man, 45 years old doesn’t feel like 40.
[00:03:19] That certainly doesn’t feel like 35. It doesn’t. And man, just waking up the next day. Recovery has been so much slower. Just achy joints and achy muscles. I’m like, what in the world’s wrong with me? I’m praying, God, what happened to my body? Give me a new body. Mm-hmm. Literally shoulder aching exactly what you’re talking about.
[00:03:39] Next thing you know, started to take an Amla Green, and I’m overdosing on this stuff. I, I take three, uh, three scoops, four scoops a day. I’m like, I love this stuff. Little baby scoop. Put in my, put in my smoothie, put in my macha latte, and I’m telling you something. Pain is vanishing. Um, achy joints recovery’s so much quicker.
[00:03:58] I’m like, okay, I gotta get you on my heart attack and stroke summit. Let’s have you talk about blood pressure, cholesterol, and all that wonderful stuff. And now let’s really get dive deep. So this is my long intro to give everyone an opportunity to join Cyrus. It’s up to you, my friend. This is my favorite presentation ’cause I’m not presenting.
[00:04:17] You are. So I’m gonna listen. It’s my favorite presentation ’cause I don’t have to do anything. Well, first of all, I’m glad to hear that, that Mama Z’s uh, blood pressure has come down because preeclampsia is no joke, especially at the very end of pregnancy. You do not wanna deal with that. So that’s, that’s news to my ears.
[00:04:36] But funny thing is that I’ve all, I’ve been using Amla Green, which I’ll, I’ll tell you guys all about exactly what it is and why it’s so powerful. But I have also been using a, uh, large dose of it, some, somewhere between three to four scoops per day. Yeah. And I noticed the exact same thing that you talked about, Dr. Z.
[00:04:53] My, uh, you know, getting old. I’m 44 years old, so I’m one year behind you, and it doesn’t feel the same as it felt 10 years ago. There’s no question about it. No. And I’ve given this to other friends of mine who are also going through the same phase of life and going through the same problems where they’re like, man, like, why does it hurt so much when I wake up in the morning?
[00:05:10] Like, what is going on? And, uh, we’ve all been taking relatively d you know, medium sized doses of al the green. And, uh, recovery is way faster. Yes. And pain is out the door. There’s, there’s, there’s a tremendous amount of positivity that comes from using this stuff. So, yes, let, let me talk about exactly what it is.
[00:05:29] Um, and then, but most importantly, rather than talk about the product, I wanna talk about the Indian gooseberry, which is the ma the magic inside of the product, right? That’s the beauty of this entire process. Okay. So, um, let’s, let’s go into it. We’re gonna have a, a lot of fun today, and we can have. You know, put on our thinking caps here.
[00:05:45] So, and let, and let me just talk about how to overcome information. Be, be because I love this. Yeah. This thing’s so cute. This microscope or microscope? This is a dose, y’all. This is the scoop. It’s tiny. Like this is my thumb, right? So this isn’t like, you know, those protein powders where you have to put like a cup to get a dose?
[00:06:03] No, this is like, yeah, right. Like two teaspoons. So this is, um, Kylie concentrated Lovely stuff. So anyway, Indian gooseberry. Come on, let’s do this. Okay, let’s, let’s talk about it. Let’s talk about, okay, here we go. I’m share my screen one more time. All right. Make sure you can see my screen right? Yes. I’m the green.
[00:06:20] There we go. Okay. Alright, here we go. So basically what we’re gonna be talking about today is inflammation. Inflammation, inflammation. Inflammation, inflammation. The reason for that is because inflammation is the underlying condition that increases. Your risk for many different things. You can de develop chronic inflammation that can cause high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and then you can also develop acute inflammation, which causes muscle pain and tendon pain and joint pain.
[00:06:48] And all of that has the same common root, which is inflammation. Okay? So what we’re gonna be talking about in, in today’s presentation is I’m gonna teach you about a medicinal plant that pretty much nobody talks about. It’s called the Indian Gooseberry. And this thing is a monster at killing inflammation.
[00:07:04] It is really, really powerful. So here’s the first question for you guys. Uh, are, are any of you guys living with high blood glucose if you are living with high blood glucose? Right in the chat box, the letter’s BG for blood glucose. Okay, that’s the first question. And when I say high blood glucose, that could mean either a high fasting blood glucose.
[00:07:24] Mm-hmm. It could mean a high A1C value, it could mean a high blood glucose after you eat meals. Anything where your blood glucose is elevated, tell me, uh, if the answer is yes, Dr. Z, can you tell me in the chat box if you see some stuff? ’cause I can’t read it. Oh, yeah, yeah. Debbie, Karen, Hal, Irene, Susan, Terry, Amanda, Margie.
[00:07:43] Yep. Lot of bgs here. Jan, Tammy. Okay. All right. Cool. Lot of common. Keep it up. Perfect. Celeste? Yep. Thank you for sharing. Okay, cool. Several people. Okay, so there’s lots of bgs there. Next the question, are you living with high blood pressure? If the answer to that one is yes, write the letters BP in the chat box.
[00:08:00] Yeah. High blood pressure is usually anything over about 120 over 80, uh, in the, in the resting state. Mm-hmm. Yep, Polly. So tell me if you see any of those bad. All right. Bp? Yep. Adrian, thanks so much. Hal, Melissa, Dave, Margie, Tammy, Gabrielle, Elise, Mary, real time. A lot of bps, a lot of blood pressure. Okay.
[00:08:24] Now third question. Are you looking with high cholesterol? If the answer is yes, write the letter CHL or CHO. That means, yes, I have high cholesterol. Okay. Mm-hmm.
[00:08:36] I know there’s a little bit of a delay here too, so if you have high cholesterol, let us know. Mm-hmm. This could be high LDL cholesterol, high total cholesterol. Yep. Or high A OB cholesterol, anything. And a lot of the, you know what, a lot of CHLs and one thing I’m noticing a lot of people with all three, I’m seeing the same names.
[00:08:54] A lot of people with all three. So yeah, all three, right. Blood, the blood pressure, cholesterol. Okay. And that’s, that makes sense because these things tend to run together. Yeah. They’re like, uh, they, they tend to run in clusters. Okay. Now here’s the final question. Why are you here? What do you hope to learn from this webinar?
[00:09:13] Okay. You’re devoting your time to being here to learn today, and I’m curious, what is it about the conversation that we’re gonna have that interested you in being here in the first place? Is it because you feel inflamed? Is it because you have diabetes? Is it because you have high cholesterol? Is it because you have high blood pressure?
[00:09:28] Are you trying to lose weight? You trying to get more active? What is it that brought you here? That’s what I wanna know.
[00:09:39] So if you see any responses, just let me know. Yeah. Inflammation. Inflammation. Lower cholesterol, how to lower inflammation, decreasing inflammation, lose weight, ra, rheumatoid, weight gain control, eliminate diabetes, inflammation. I feel inflamed. Get rid of inflammation. I’m curious about inflammation. When you guys say inflammation, do you mean like pain, like physical pain?
[00:10:05] Um, what do you mean by inflammation? I’m curious how people are understanding it. Um, a lot of things. Wow. Yeah, that’s a good question. Lose weight, lessen pain, many issues. Diabetes. Yep. Okay. Drug free solution. Okay. Brilliant. Blood pressure, cholesterol. Hey. Okay. Beautiful. Eliminate, use you guys on the.
[00:10:30] Eliminate use of metformin. All right. You are definitely in the right place if you wanna learn about that. Okay? If you’re here because you wanna lower your glucose, your, your cholesterol, your blood pressure, that’s a given, no questions asked. If you’re here because you wanna learn more about inflammation, that’s a given, no, no questions asked.
[00:10:44] We’ll talk about that. And if you’re here because you’re dealing with some type of pain, whether it’s like chronic pain, maybe lower back pain, make joint pain, it could be arthritic pain, any of those types of pains, um, you’re in the right place as well. So let’s have some fun. Okay? Lemme just tell you about, uh, who I am here real quick.
[00:10:59] Um, my name is Cyrus. I was diagnosed with three autoimmune conditions in the year 2002. So I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism alopecia, which is total hair loss and type one diabetes, which is insufficient insulin production. All three of them simultaneously within a six month period. You can imagine if you get diagnosed with one autoimmune condition, it can change your life.
[00:11:19] Type two, bigger deal three. Wow, that was a big deal. Okay, so in the year 2002, I didn’t really know anything about human biology. And, uh, all I knew was that I felt extremely low energy. My blood glucose was a disaster. My cholesterol was on the rise. My body was hurting. I literally could not move my body as much as I wanted to.
[00:11:39] And that was frustrating to me because I’ve always been an athlete. I felt sore all the time. And as a result of all of these conditions together, I became anxious and I became depressed about my future. I was only 22 years old and I felt like I was living in the body of like an 82-year-old. So I followed the advice of a, of the doctors, which is to eat a low carbohydrate diet.
[00:11:58] And that did not work. My blood glucose was even harder to control. My energy levels were even lower, and I knew that about a year into this process, that I had to make a bigger, bigger, bigger change. So I was advised to eat a plant-based diet, and this was news to me because I didn’t know anything about it at the time.
[00:12:15] But I switched over to eating a plant-based diet, and I had a strong focus on eating foods that were very antioxidant rich because I’d done some reading about antioxidants and I recognized that they were very powerful compounds in foods. And within a very short period of time, some pretty crazy things happened.
[00:12:33] Uh, number one, my energy levels increased very quickly, and I’m talking about within a couple of weeks. Uh, my blood glucose fell. It became way easier to control my insulin requirements dropped by 40% within the first month, which is a big deal for someone with type one. My cholesterol dropped by 60 points.
[00:12:50] That was not an instantaneous change, but that took time. But it definitely came down significantly. And all the pain and achiness that I used to feel in my muscles and my joints just literally vanished. It, it disappeared quickly. Uh, as a result, I’m like, Dr. Z. I can exercise a lot and I love exercise and, uh, I love playing pickleball myself, plus lifting weights, plus playing soccer, you name it.
[00:13:10] So, uh, I’m a happy camper now that I can use my body as much as possible. So here I am today, 22 years actually, after my diagnosis, my A1C is in the non-diabetic range. My insulin use is is very low. My total cholesterol is extremely low. My LDL cholesterol is a 42, which is very low, and my triglyceride levels a 53.
[00:13:31] So all of these numbers you can see are like non-diabetic numbers, and my doctor’s very happy about that, and I am as well. So this is me. Uh, my, I eat a ridiculous amount of carbohydrate energy on a daily basis. I have non-diabetic blood work. And, um, in the process of going through this, you know, this personal education, I decided that I wanted to go put myself back to school.
[00:13:54] So I got a undergraduate degree at Stanford. I then worked for NASA for two years, and then I was like, you know what? I want to change my life. And I switched over to studying nutrition and I went to UC Berkeley to get a PhD while I was there. So, um, I’ve studied a lot and I’ve read a lot and I’ve come to some pretty powerful conclusions about how you can use food as medicine and the conversation about the amla berry factors right into that conversation.
[00:14:17] The last thing I’ll say here is that I wrote this book, Mastering Diabetes back in 2020. Um, I’m a co-author on this book. So if you haven’t picked up a copy of this book, I strongly recommend going to get it on, on Amazon, uh, or Barnes and double. Um, and if you have read the book, then awesome. Lemme know.
[00:14:33] Put it in the chat box. Okay. So here’s the question. Okay. What is the root cause of high blood glucose, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Okay. Um, there is one underlying metabolic process that can increase your risk for all three of these. What is the name of that underlying metabolic condition?
[00:14:56] Do you, oh, okay. Again, it’s the thing, it’s the boogeyman in the room and it’s the boogeyman that can cause your blood glucose to do to go high, your blood pressure to go high and your cholesterol to go high simultaneously. Does anybody know what it is? If you know the answer, put it, answer in the chat box and let’s see what we see.
[00:15:20] You got any responses in the chat box so far, Dr. Z?
[00:15:32] Maybe
[00:15:40] camera turn, screen share off. Okay, here we go. Uh, obesity in, have your book. Thank you very much. That’s great. Uh, inflammation. Inflammation, cortisol, sugar, inflammation, metabolism, inflammation, inflammation, inflammation, inflammation, inflammation, inflammation, insulin resistance, lack of sleep, cortisol, stress, and inflammation.
[00:16:07] Okay. It looks like I see a lot of commonality here. A lot of people saying inflammation. Well, guess what?
[00:16:16] The answer is insulin resistance. There’s a couple people who actually nailed it. Yep. Okay. So we’re gonna talk about what that, what they, what the boogeyman in the room is and why it can, why it is such a pain in the butt. All right. On the screen here, we got your liver, your muscle. On the left hand side, we got your blood on the right hand side, and then we got your pancreas on top of that.
[00:16:34] So your blood is a transport, it’s just a highway system, and inside of your blood, you got thousands of metabolites circulating at any given moment in time. Okay? I just drew three of them on the screen here. We got insulin, fatty acids and glucose together. Okay. So, um, if you choose to eat a diet that contains a significant amount of fatty acid, uh, content, that could come from red meat, white meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, oils, it can come from nuts and seeds.
[00:17:02] Avocados, it can come from the plant world and then, or the animal world. But the type of fatty acids that we’re talking about in particular are the saturated fatty acids that come mainly from the plant, from the animal based. So when you consume a diet that’s got a lot of these things in them, then what ends up happening is the fatty acids go inside of your liver and they go inside of your muscle.
[00:17:18] And, uh, they can, when they appear in your blood, they can easily get inside of both of those tissues because there’s nothing blocking them from getting inside. So fatty acids accumulate inside of your liver and inside of your muscle tissue. Then as soon as that happens, okay, your liver and muscle go into a high energy state in which they, um, they have a sufficient amount of fuel on board.
[00:17:39] And so, um, oftentimes what ends up happening is that when there’s a lot of fatty acids in your diet, the liver and muscle end up over getting overloaded. They’re getting oversaturated with fatty acids. And as a result of that, they try and initiate a self-defense mechanism to prevent more energy, more stuff from coming inside.
[00:17:58] So the easiest thing that they can do is basically block insulin from working, because insulin is a very powerful signal that allows fatty acids and glucose and amino acids to get inside a tissue. What these tissues do is they basically block insulin from communicating with it. And as a result of that, they can try and slow down the rate at which things get inside.
[00:18:21] The problem with that is that as soon as you block insulin, then you also block glucose inside of the blood. So if you’ve been eating a fatty acid rich diet or a fat rich diet, and then all of a sudden you try and eat a banana or something that’s carbohydrate rich, well guess what? Uh, your blood glucose is going to go high and it’s gonna go high relatively quickly.
[00:18:40] Mm-hmm. So you can see on the screen I’ve drawn that glucose gets, starts to pool inside of your blood and it gets trapped. And as it gets trapped, the concentration goes up, which means your blood glucose value increases. So now you’re in a pickle because the fatty acids caused insulin to be less effective, insulin caused glucose to back up inside of your blood.
[00:19:01] And then as a result of that, your pancreas goes, oh, don’t worry. I can solve this problem. And it basically just goes, and it, it makes more. So it over manufactures insulin. And then boom. Now you got a lot of green triangles on the screen and this insulin is designed to try and overpower your liver and muscle into taking the glucose up.
[00:19:19] So in this situation, you can see on the screen that there’s basically three problems. We got, number one, a lot of fatty acids known as hyperlipidemia. Number two, we got a significant amount of glucose in your blood called hyperglycemia. And then the third one is a lot of insulin in your blood, excess insulin in your blood called hyperinsulinemia.
[00:19:37] So you end up with hyperlipidemia, glycemia, and insulinemia simultaneously. So many of you maybe have had this happen to you where you go to the blood, the doctor, and when you’re in the doctor’s office, they take a blood test and the blood test comes back and it says that your blood glucose is a little high, your cholesterol level’s high, and your fasting insulin is high.
[00:19:59] And if that’s the case, then you’ve experienced the triple the, the metabolic triple whammy. Which is exactly the problem we’re talking about right now. Okay, now you may tell me, Cyrus, well, I thought fatty acids were supposed to go into adipose tissue. The answer is, yeah, they do. They, they go into adipose, which is called your fat tissue.
[00:20:17] And it’s good when fatty acids get inside of your fat tissue because that’s where they’re supposed to go. So fatty acids do get inside of your, your adipose, which is, you know, in your abdomen, it’s in your butt, it’s in your armpits, it’s in your cheeks, it’s in your neck. And when fatty acids accumulate inside of this tissue, that’s actually the safest place to put them.
[00:20:37] But when the adipose tissue becomes so large, uh, eventually there, there comes a point where there’s too much fatty acid cargo that’s put inside of this tissue. And then the cells begin to break open. And when they break open, they initiate an inflammatory condition. And as soon as that inflammation begins to start, now the tissue goes to secrete some inflammatory cytokines.
[00:21:01] And these cytokines are like emergency signals. They’re sirens that basically say, help, I need, I need some stuff inside of me. And as soon as those cytokines get produced, then you end up with these things called macrophages, which are little, uh, you know, Pac-Man, like, uh, cells that come to the area of damage and they try and clean up the mess.
[00:21:21] So effectively what you have created is a inflammatory cascade that’s all inside of the metabolic, it’s it’s inside of the adipose tissue. And when this happens, now the adipose tissue itself is inflamed, and this can exacerbate the insulin resistance problem that we saw earlier. So you can see that this problem unfolds in your liver and it unfolds in your muscle tissue.
[00:21:42] It unfolds inside of your, your, um, adipose tissue. And simultaneously, when the fat content of your diet goes up, it also increases the amount of arterial plaque that gets deposited inside of blood vessels. And when the arterial plaque builds up. The, the, the cross-sectional diameter of a blood vessel gets smaller and smaller and smaller.
[00:22:05] So you have blood flowing through a vessel that’s getting smaller from the inside. And when that happens, then the pressure on the outside of the vessel starts to increase. And this is what causes your blood pressure to increase. So you can see it’s all kind of one in the same. You end up with a high fat diet.
[00:22:20] The high fat diet causes insulin resistance inside of your liver and muscle, and it causes inflammation inside of your adipose tissue. Simultaneously, the fatty acids get deposited inside of the inside of your blood vessels, which causes arterial plaque to develop, which increases your risk for stroke.
[00:22:36] And then in addition to that, it also increases your risk for high blood pressure because the blood, the walls of the blood vessels are now getting inflamed and they’re getting frustrated. So this becomes a huge, huge, huge problem to, for all tissues. And you can see the root cause or the, the effect of this process is basically inflammation in all tissues.
[00:22:57] Inflammation in your liver, inflammation in your muscle tissue, and inflammation in your blood vessels simultaneously. So this is really where the, the problem begins to get outta control and get outta control pretty quickly. Okay? So there are these little, um, organelles inside of all cells, and they’re called mitochondria.
[00:23:18] You might have heard of these in the past. And mitochondria are these really, really, really powerful, uh, energy generators. They generate this stuff called a TP. And a TP is a cellular, uh, currency of, of energy. And so mitochondria are essential. They’re located in practically every single tissue and every single cell inside of your body.
[00:23:36] And there’s hundreds if not thousands of copies of them all over in every single cell. So if you do the math on that, you’ll find out that there’s actually trillions of mitochondria inside of your body and they’re essential for life. They’re densely packed inside of your brain. They’re densely packed inside of the cornea in your eyes.
[00:23:53] They’re densely packed inside of your liver, your muscles, they’re densely packed inside of your adipose tissue. They’re everywhere and they’re essential for producing energy. So, generally speaking, mitochondria are a good thing. We need them and we need them to function properly. We need them to, to function effectively and generate lots of a TP with very little side effects.
[00:24:16] Okay? So the problem with mitochondria is that when you feed them fuels that cause their metabolism to go a little bit rye. Then they end up generating, you know, harmful byproducts, which are called free radicals. So in the same way that you can have an engine in your car that, you know, it hums nicely when the car’s brand new, but over the course of multiple years as the car, the engine ages and as there’s deposits on the inside of the engine block and in within, inside of your, uh.
[00:24:45] You know, the oil circulation system, you end up with an increased risk for, you know, uh, noxious chemicals coming out of your exhaust pipe. Okay? So the same process that happens to an aging motor can also happen to aging mitochondria over the course of time as they develop more and more, you know, toxic byproducts.
[00:25:04] So these free radicals can become huge problems because these free radicals, when they’re generated in large quantities, they can go and they can damage DNA, which is a huge problem. We definitely wanna avoid that because DDNA damage can cause cells to commit suicide. We also want to prevent free radicals from causing protein, oxidation, otherwise known as, um, uh, oxidative stress.
[00:25:29] And then we also want to prevent them from causing what’s called lipid peroxidation, which is basically the, the oxidation of lipids. So. Really what, what we’re trying to accomplish here is we’re trying to reduce the effect that these free radicals are gonna have on all tissues, and we’re trying to get rid of the inflammation that they cause.
[00:25:49] Okay. So if I gave you two options, I could say, listen, we know that free radicals are bad for you. We know that free radicals cause extensive cellular damage, right? So I’m gonna give you two choice, two choices. Number one, you can either reduce the number of free radicals that are generated in the mitochondria, or number two, you can extinguish or neutralize free radicals when they form.
[00:26:16] Okay? You have two options. Which one of those do you think is gonna be the more powerful solution to preventing free radicals from doing their thing? Okay. We’re trying to prevent free radical damage. Either we try not to generate as many of ’em in the first place, or when they are generated, we just try and extinguish them.
[00:26:36] With a really powerful fire extinguisher, which one of those two do you think is gonna be more effective? Right, number one or number two in the chat box if you get a chance. Okay. You can think about it as though you’re either gonna limit the production of free radicals or you’re gonna quench the damage that the free radicals cause.
[00:26:54] Okay. Do you see any, uh, responses in the chat box, Eric? Yep. All over two. 1, 1, 2. Two couple twos. More twos? No ones. They’re both. It, it, it’s split down the center. Jan says both. I love it. Yes, I agree with Jan. I’m gonna do both, but the question is what’s more impactful? That’s a good question. Yep. Okay. So it’s a, it’s a partially trick question because mm-hmm.
[00:27:26] The, the correct answer. I think it was Beth, you said she got, she said both, uh, Terry, no, several people. Jan. Yep. A couple people. Yep. Yep. All right. Anybody who says both you got the right answer. That is, that is the answer to my trick question. Um, the more powerful, uh, the more powerful thing that you can do is number one.
[00:27:46] So if you wrote the number, number one, then great. You got the right answer as well. Okay? Um, but most importantly, what we wanna accomplish is we, we, we know their free radical production will happen, period of story. It will happen all day, every day. There’s nothing you can do to, you know, get rid of it entirely.
[00:28:00] So what we can do to try and limit the damage that these free radicals cause is by eating foods that have a ridiculously high antioxidant content. So what do these antioxidants do? Okay? Free radicals when they’re, when they’re produced in high quantities, uh, cause massive damage. But what you can do is if you eat a large supply of antioxidants in your food, okay, you get them from a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, you get them from Indian gooseberries, then boom, guess what happens?
[00:28:27] Less Free radical damage causes less DNA damage. Awesome. Less free radicals cause less limit, uh, less protein oxidation. Less free radicals cause less, uh, lipid peroxidation, so all of them together. Okay? By number one, reducing the amount that appears. And number two, getting rid of the ones that actually are present.
[00:28:48] You can do a lot of things to improve mitochondrial function and then also limit the damage that’s caused by these free radicals in other parts of the cell. Okay? So we wanna do simultaneously, both of them. So here’s the pop quiz for you. Name the most powerful inflammation fighting food in the world.
[00:29:05] Okay. There is one food, one food, and only one food that is documented as being the single most powerful inflammation fighting food ever discovered by human beings. What is it?
[00:29:25] Okay. Is it, I’ll give you some hints. Is it blueberries? Is it turmeric? Is it chocolate? So red wine, is it goji berries? Pomegranate seeds? And we’re talking, we’re talking food, not supplements, right? Yes. Good. Good point. We’re talking food. We’re not talking spicy. And we’re, and we’re not talking essential oils because you’re looking at concentrated food here.
[00:29:52] Concentrated stuff. Um, yes. Okay. This is food. Food. That, that opens it up. Because what are we eating every day, y’all? What are we putting on our plates? Food, spirulina, chlorella, gooseberry, blueberries. Turmeric. Indian. Gooseberry. We got pomegranate. We got clove. I like that answer. Cod liver oil. I like clove.
[00:30:17] Um, clove. Essential oil, actually. But, uh, uh. All right. What do we got, doc? Okay. I think, I think one person got it right. One or two people. I got a couple. The answer is the Indian gooseberry. Yep. Surprise, surprise, surprise. Okay. Otherwise known as the amla berry. Amla is just a, it’s a Indian word. I think it’s a Hindi word that they, uh, developed way back in the day, back in the Ayurvedic medicine world.
[00:30:48] Okay, so berries or Indian gooseberries. Single most powerful antioxidant in the world. Most powerful cholesterol reducing food ever discovered. It also reduces blood pressure and blood glucose very powerfully. I’ll show you some research about that. Why? And it also increases your energy levels. So this is like the magical superfood that very few people know anything about.
[00:31:09] Lemme show you how magical and powerful this thing is. Uh, there is a, a chart here that basically shows you what’s called the ORAC score, the ORAC value, which is the oxygen Radical absorbance capacity. It basically measures how powerful an antioxidant. Rich food, or sorry, it measures how powerful the antioxidants are in a given food.
[00:31:32] So goji berries, you might have remembered this like 20 years ago when everyone was trying to get goji berries in their diet. ’cause they was like, oh my god, they’re so powerful. Get them in your diet. Strong antioxidant. So like there was this goji berry craze for a while, right? Well, goji berries have an ORAC value of 3000 in change.
[00:31:49] Awesome. Pomegranate is a little bit more than that. The 4,000 blueberries are at 9,000. Okay. These are all decent decently, high numbers pecans, who knew pecans have an ORAC value of like almost 18,000. That’s cool. Cacao powder. Literally like powder from the cacao bean. 55,000. That’s huge. Acai berries.
[00:32:12] 102,000. That’s pretty. That’s pretty cool. Mm-hmm. And then you get turmeric, which is widely considered like the mother of all anti-inflammatory foods, or the mother of all anti-inflammatory spices, I’ll say. ORAC value of 127,000. That’s awesome. That’s a big number. Okay? But if you look at the Indian Gooseberry, the Indian Gooseberry has an ORAC value that is more than double turmeric.
[00:32:37] It is 261,500. That’s bonkers. Okay? That’s not even the same league. It’s not even the same game. We’re talking about a completely different ballpark. And if you compare that versus the goji berry on the, on the bottom, it’s actually a 79 times higher antioxidant content than the goji berry, which is pretty nuts.
[00:33:01] Okay? So this berry is truly in a league of its own. All right? So if you look at the science, this is what the science says, all right? You take the amla fruit and you compare it, uh, versus a cho um, a blood glucose lowering medication known as glymeperide. And you take this and you study people who are living with type two diabetes.
[00:33:22] So if you follow the red line, you take people who are living with a blood glucose of about a hundred and a little bit over 125. So they’re in the type two diabetes zone. You give them glide on a daily basis and their blood glucose follows the red line and it goes down to less than a hundred within a week, and then it stays down in the green zone over the course of a three week period.
[00:33:40] That’s great. If you take, uh, the control group, or sorry, the, the intervention group, and you give them either one gram, two grams or three grams of amla berries per day, here’s what you’ll notice. Their blood glucose follows the exact same trend. It doesn’t necessarily get there as quickly, but by the time you’re at the three week period, three grams of amla berries are more powerful than glide, and one and two are almost as powerful.
[00:34:05] So effectively this is a alternative to pharmaceutical medication that comes directly from your food with zero side effects. Okay? So we have lots of people in our community, uh, who have been using. Our product Amla Green, which is Indian Gooseberries in a tea. And we worked really hard to formulate this because the Indian gooseberry itself is just like, it’s got a ridiculously bad flavor.
[00:34:29] It’s just, it’s very hard to eat. And that’s one of the reasons why I think nobody really knows about this stuff. But people who have been using this stuff have written to us voluntarily and said, oh my God, look what it’s doing to my blood glucose. Okay. My blood glucose is down by 50 points. Okay. My A1C fell from 7.3, died to 5.3.
[00:34:48] I didn’t make any changes other than adding amla green. This is pretty cool. Okay. I’m seeing my blood glucose values drop. Okay. I’m seeing, you know, I’m aging less quickly. I feel, you know, more energetic and, uh, you know, customers seem very, very, very happy by this whole thing, which is awesome. Okay. And then people like to write really long, uh, testimonials here that their A1C has come down significantly and fasting blood glucose is now be, uh, below a hundred.
[00:35:17] On a consistent basis, which is huge. Okay, so all of this with the addition of just a one tiny, little small, you know, micro baby scooper like, uh, Dr. Z had showed you earlier. Now, if we talk about LDL cholesterol, this, this is what happens here. You take patients who have high LDL cholesterol as you see in the bottom left in the box, you know they’re supposed to be less than a hundred.
[00:35:38] And when LDL cholesterol gets to 119, 120, that’s when it becomes elevated and you’re at a risk for a heart attack. So you take those patients, you feed them Indian gooseberries for a total of 21 days, and you can literally watch every single week as their blood cholesterol comes down. Dropping their LDL cholesterol from an average of, call it about 110, 115 down to an average of about 85 or less within 21 days, is a monster, absolute monster change in a very short period of time.
[00:36:12] This is what statin medications do, except statin medications have a whole laundry list of side effects. Okay. Simultaneously, you can take the amla berry, you can feed it to the same people, and their HDL cholesterol will go up. And the HDL cholesterol is the good cholesterol. So the good cholesterol increases from an average about 45 all the way upwards to an average of about 65.
[00:36:34] You can see there’s a range of people from 47 all the way up to 83 on the, on the right hand side. Okay? So there’s a dramatic improvement in HTL cholesterol in addition to lowering LDL cholesterol, and both of those, exactly what you’re looking for when it comes to triglycerides. You can take those same people with a high triglyceride value of, you know, somewhere in the 270 range, 270, 280, and feed them amla berries on a daily basis.
[00:36:59] And after 21 days, well guess what? Two of the four people ended up with, uh, their sarga side values didn’t change. But two of the four people ended up with triglyceride values that were cut in half, literally cut in half, which is bonkers. Okay, so this shows you that there’s a trend towards decreasing triglycerides.
[00:37:19] So if you compare the berry versus the statin medication, you take a look at another paper. They basically took 60 patients and they split ’em up 40 into one group and 20 into the other group. Okay? They treated 40 of them with the amla capsule and 20 patients were given a statin medication, which some of you may also be using simvastatin, which is a common statin medication, and they, they found the following.
[00:37:43] Okay? Those treated with the amla berries are shown in white total cholesterol down about the same as simvastatin, LDL cholesterol down just a little bit more than the statin medication. HDL cholesterol up just a little bit less than the statin medication. So the first three of them are all, you know, showing that there’s equivalent power between the berry and the sim and the statin medication.
[00:38:03] The last two, which is VLDL and triglyceride shows that the statin medication is actually more powerful, which is, which is nice to see for sure. But, um, you can take a look at this and say, all right, well, so what the bleary is is almost as good as a statin medication. And my answer would be, yeah, you’re right.
[00:38:18] It is, it’s almost as good as statin medication. But the best part is that, uh, research has shown that statin medications actually increase your risk for type two diabetes, which I don’t know, most people may not know this. Okay. So research has shown that if you take a statin medication, you, you can increase your risk for type two diabetes by anywhere between 9% or another paper demonstrates that you can do it as much as 12%, right?
[00:38:44] So we’re looking at basically call it a 10% average increase in your risk for diabetes, which doesn’t sound like a lot, but that’s actually a very large increase. So if I give you a statin medication, a statin medication lowers your cholesterol value, but it increases your risk for diabetes. In my mind, that’s not worth it, not good enough.
[00:39:00] I would rather take something that has zero side effects. That is a hundred percent clean, that’s a hundred percent natural. That basically doesn’t have any, any issues associated with it. That’s not gonna increase my risk for any other chronic condition. So you can see this real people, sorry, go ahead. I I love that.
[00:39:17] I love how you’re highlighting that and just you folks we’re really ever gonna see anything in nature outperform a pharmaceutical by virtue of pharmaceuticals being concentrated, compounded with other chemicals, preservatives, they’re trying to biohack the body. So the best thing we have in our world really is to be close to the same efficacy.
[00:39:41] So if your natural therapy can perform almost as close as the the pharmaceutical, that is the best case scenario because there’s virtually no side effects. And when you consider the side effects, when you consider the long-term damage on virtually every aspect of your health, that right there is infinite.
[00:39:59] So I just wanted to point out, because at the end of the day, it’s always like. It’s not a race to the bottom here, it’s not a race. ’cause it’s, it’s like, okay, let, let’s just do whatever we gotta do to get the best efficacy to hijack the body. And next thing you know, we’re just creating havoc all over the place.
[00:40:14] So that’s fantastic. So I just like, I look at that research, I’m like, that is big news because you can’t find anything like that in like the quote powdered supplement world. Essential oils can do a comparable thing in certain cases. We have to take extreme doses. So anyway, I love that. So thanks so much for pointing that out.
[00:40:33] Yeah. I mean, not, we need to highlight the, the ramifications of being on drugs for the rest of your life. Um, and that’s the goal. Yep. Goal is freedom. Right? So anyway, a hundred percent health freedom. So Dave says statins are toxic poison. Terry said, no, sorry. Uh, Kevin says, statin medications gave me dementia symptoms.
[00:40:56] Yeah. And then Marion says, statin caused my diabetes. All right. I think effectively what you guys are explaining is that exactly your experience with statin medications was less than positive, right? So maybe there was, you know, a reduction in your cholesterol value, but the side effects that came along with that are not worth the, the ride.
[00:41:14] Okay. So, um, let’s continue here real quick. Okay. Uh, real people taking this cholesterol has been high for years. Uh, I started using it three times a day and my, uh, my cholesterol has come down significantly. That’s awesome. In 35 days, my LDL cholesterol dropped the low to below 100. After several years of struggling to be below 100, it finally happened.
[00:41:39] Okay. We see these types of results over and over and over again. And it’s almost like when it first started happening, when I first created this company, I was like, I was shocked because it was really cool to see that real people were getting what you saw in the research, but now it’s like, there’s so many of these stories that it’s, it’s awesome.
[00:41:56] Don’t get me wrong. I’ve just seen it over and over and over again, and it’s furthered my resolve for why these berries are so powerful. Why they, they, in my opinion, should be in the diet of literally every human being. Okay. Uh, here, cholesterol had to test in February 29, um, total cholesterol dropped 41 points, 41 points.
[00:42:15] That’s a massive change in a very short period of time. Okay? Now, as far as blood pressure’s concerned, people are definitely reporting back that, that this is lowering blood pressure just like, uh, Mama Z and, uh, just like a lot of other people that you see on the screen here. So, stubborn blood pressure could not go down.
[00:42:31] Uh, my blood pressure has gone down more than with any other medication. Wow. Okay. Uh, I’ve been using Rein for about two and a half weeks, which is not long, and I believe it has helped my blood pressure come down. Awesome. Okay. I’ve been struggling for several years with hypertension. Eventually had to take a prescription medication to control it.
[00:42:49] The first day I drank Amla, it was the last day I needed my blood pressure medication. That’s crazy. Okay. So like, this stuff is real. I just want you guys to see that there’s real people behind this whole thing, right? So you might ask a question. Well, like, okay, cool. Well, can’t I just do this from like eating fruits and vegetables?
[00:43:05] The answer is, yeah, you can do a lot of it for sure, no question. But what you’ll notice, uh, on this chart on the right hand side of the screen is that the vitamin C content, vitamin C is one type of antioxidant. It’s a very powerful antioxidant. It’s just one example of many different types of antioxidants, thousands of different antioxidants that exist in food.
[00:43:27] The vitamin C content of commonly eaten fruits and vegetables is declining. It is on the decline right now, and that’s just the nature of, you know, poor soil. Uh, the soil’s been depleted of, uh, you know, valuable micronutrients and, uh, you know, an industrialized food production system in which we are growing mono crops and we have less biodiversity in the ecosystem as a whole.
[00:43:50] And so, as a result of that, the nutrient density of the foods that we’re eating, even though they’re still pretty high, has been coming down significantly. So you can see that, that, you know, cherries and lemons now have about 30% less,
[00:44:14] um, and a percent less antioxidant content and so on and so forth. Okay. Now here’s a funny, silly story. Um, I’ve been applying for life insurance because my wife and I now have a three-year-old child. And, uh, her name’s Indigo and she’s the cutest thing in the world. So we’re trying to get our adult game on and go get life insurance ’cause we never did it back in the day.
[00:44:32] So when you go apply for life insurance, they send somebody to your house to take your blood. So this woman comes to my house, she takes my blood, she takes my blood pressure, she puts me on a scale. She goes, wow, you look pretty healthy. And I was like, yeah, thank you. I was like, I take care of my health.
[00:44:49] It’s like my number one priority, right? And so she takes the blood, she sends it to the lab, and they come back with the result and the results. I got the results first before I got their, um, their decision. And the results came back with a total cholesterol of 83. And I was shocked when I saw that it was like 83.
[00:45:10] Wow. My cholesterol has never been that low ever in my life. It’s usually hovering around like 1 20, 1 30, something like that. So that was cool. Then HDL cholesterol 29, which is a little bit low, and I was like, huh, that’s interesting. And then my LDL cholesterol here was the kicker. My LDL cholesterol came in at 42, which was by far the lowest I had ever seen my LDL cholesterol in my life.
[00:45:32] And I was like, wow, there’s literally nothing else in my entire diet in my entire world that could be causing this other than the Indian gooseberry. It is di directly responsible because here’s the thing, I’ve been eating a plant-based diet for 22 years, and I know my, my cholesterol values have been very stable over the course of time.
[00:45:53] When I saw this, I was like, oh, the increased dose that I’ve been giving myself recently because of my shoulder pain and because of my musculoskeletal issues that have now resolved that increased dose, also lowered my cholesterol value significantly to a point where the, the, uh, life insurance company.
[00:46:12] After seeing these results called me up and they said, Hey, just wanted to let you know, we came to our final decision and I said, cool, what is it? And they said, we’re gonna reject you. We’re not gonna take you on as a client. And I said, why? They said, your cholesterol’s too low. We’ve never seen this before.
[00:46:25] You’re too high risk. And I was like, I’m high risk because my cholesterol’s low. That doesn’t even make sense. They said, yeah, sorry. We, uh, you don’t, you don’t make sense to us. You don’t fall inside of our actuarial tables. We don’t know how to classify you. That’s horrible. Um, we’re not gonna take you on.
[00:46:41] I was like, okay. So what I do on a daily basis is I basically eat a whole food, plant-based diet every single day. That’s my personal choice and I love it. I exercise for 45 to 60 minutes per day. I take usually one day of rest, day per week, and I take two scoops of Amla Green every day with zero exceptions.
[00:47:00] I do not skip this period, end of story. There are days where I take some upwards of four, sometimes even six scoops a day if I’ve been exercising heavily. And just like Dr. Z said, it literally just like neutralizes any kind of muscles soreness and tightness inside of me, and it enables me to go work out again.
[00:47:16] Yeah. Okay. And this 59 point cholesterol drop that I talked about way, way, way back in the beginning of the presentation is really like what, you know, it’s, it’s caused by this, there’s no question. So on your screen, if you guys are interested there, you can click on a box and it can take you to a page where you can, you know, take advantage.
[00:47:32] What I’ve done for you is put together an offer that, uh, I hope, uh, you guys find exciting. Okay. Um, I’m giving you up to 50% off on Amla Green today, you know, today. And the reason for that is because, uh, you come from Dr. Z’s audience and you guys are spending your time with us and you’re giving us your time and attention and resources, and I appreciate that.
[00:47:55] Um, the people who have taken advantage of this offer in the past have come back to us and said, oh my God, I should have done this 20 years ago. Okay? And the people who are getting the best results are the ones who end up committing to taking this very consistently for a minimum of 90 days, two scoops per day, every single day for 90 days.
[00:48:17] If you can commit to doing that, I, I can almost guarantee you that you’re gonna see some tremendous improvements in, in your overall health, and you’re gonna come back to me and you’re gonna say, wow, this was a game changer. So if you want to do, take this experiment, I strongly recommend it, and we’re giving you an option of, you know, getting either one bottle or three bottle or six bottles.
[00:48:38] Obviously, the more bottles that you purchase, the more of a discount you get per bottle. And, uh, this could be a, a, a massive game changer for you. So this is your opportunity if you’re looking for all of the benefits that we talked about earlier with cloud.
[00:49:00] A 90 day,
[00:49:05] uh, I don’t want you to walk into this with like the jitters being like, oh, I don’t know, being sold something to snake oil. Like, just take that outta your head. Okay. Um, what I have found is that, uh, we give this 90 day money back guarantee that says, if you can commit that it’s an honor code system, legit honor code.
[00:49:20] If you can commit to taking this twice a day or two scoops per day every single day for 90 days and you don’t like it, and it does not give you benefits, come back to us and say, Cyrus, it didn’t, it didn’t work for me and I’ll give you all your money back, literally all your money back. This has happened to one person, literally one person over the course of the last 365 days, and we gave her her full money back.
[00:49:41] Okay. Um, and we’ve had tens of thousands of people purchase our product. And, um, that’s why I’m happy to extend this. I just wanna take away from this.
[00:49:59] So, uh, what questions do you guys have? I’m gonna turn my screen off and maybe we can go to the chat box. Yeah, we got a few questions for sure, and I, I wanna highlight a couple. First off, thanks so much for doing this, brother. I really, really appreciate it, especially on the heels of our heart attack and stroke summit.
[00:50:17] Um, so many people had some wonderful feedback to share about our interview and they wanted to learn more about what you’re doing. And I mean, you’ve had 60,000 people plus buy this product, right? And I wanna just encourage y’all to consider a couple things, and there’s a lot of questions about the ingredient list and there’s questions about it.
[00:50:37] Are there differences between the different flavors and caffeine versus the non-caffeinated? Because there’s the green tea version, but one thing I wanna highlight y’all is great question. You, you could get this on Amazon, but nowhere near the price, you can get this here. So this is what’s really special.
[00:50:53] Um, this is the 90 serving container. Um, and that’s just something to point out ’cause you could get the 30 serving container cheaper on Amazon, but you’re getting three times as much for essentially the same price. And this is a really, really, really sweet deal. Um, and I love your 90 day guarantee. I, I would love to begin the questions ’cause I have an answer myself, but I would love to begin the question that Hal has and others about, well, I’m taking medication.
[00:51:22] I’m concerned about what it could do to my body if I’m currently taking medication. So how would he answer that one? Yeah. Okay. Cool. This, this is great. So let’s talk about all this. Alright, now, um, let me get to the medication question here in one second. For those of you who are asking about what’s inside of each one of these bottles, um, inside of each one of these, uh, there is nothing but a hundred percent real food.
[00:51:50] Mm-hmm. Fillers, no sweeteners, no emulsifiers, no quote unquote natural flavors. None of that, none of that garbage. We, we take our, uh, formulations extremely seriously. And what you’ll find inside of each one of these bottles is the following. The purple bottle, which is my personal favorite, has gooseberries elderberries, organic gooseberries, organic elderberries, organic mint leaf, organic ginger root, organic cinnamon.
[00:52:15] And then we added vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc to give you extra antioxidant oomph. Okay, so that’s the purple bottle. This is, this is caffeine free. There is zero caffeine in this because there, this is a hundred percent herbal concoction. Number two, the hibiscus flavor. This is one of the fan favorites.
[00:52:36] Organic Indian Gooseberries, organic hibiscus flour, organic mint leaf, organic gent root, uh, ginger root, and organic cinnamon, 100% caffeine free. Yeah, nothing, uh, nothing caffeinated in here. The third flavor, which is, uh, the new fan favorite over the course of the last six months. Uh, pumpkin spice, for those of you who like the pumpkin spice flavor, we got Indian gooseberries, ginger root, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, all spice and cardamom.
[00:53:04] And I gotta tell you, I was not a fan of pumpkin spice before I started using this stuff. And then I was like, wow, this stuff’s flavorful. Very flavorful. Okay? It just so turns out that cloves are one of the most powerful, are actually the single most powerful antioxidant containing spice in the world.
[00:53:21] And we specifically put them in here because we knew that it would only add to the antioxidant power of the gooseberry itself. Okay? So all three of these are caffeine free. There’s zero caffeine, uh, in any of them. So if you have any caffeine sensitivity, then just don’t worry about that at all. Uh, when it comes to medication contraindications, that is another thing that you do not have to worry about as well.
[00:53:47] Okay. When you take a statin medication as an example, statin medications are contraindicated with grapefruit juice. You guys have probably heard this. They say if you’re taking a statin medication, do not under any circumstances eat grapefruits. And the reason for that is because they, they both work on the same enzyme inside of your liver called H mg COA reductase.
[00:54:09] And if you consume po um, grapefruit, it can interfere with the medication and then that can cause, um, some significant side effects. Okay. Um, the Indian Gooseberry has zero contraindications. There’s, I cannot find anything about that in the research, okay? We’ve never come across anything about it. Not with blood thinners, not with statin medications, not with blood glucose lowering medications.
[00:54:33] Not with blood pressure medications. Okay? So what you are likely to experience is if you are using some form of pharmaceutical medication right now to control any of those biomarkers, what you’re likely to experience. That when you start taking Amla Green, you will notice that your blood glucose comes down, your blood pressure comes down, and your blood, uh, your cholesterol comes down.
[00:54:53] It is your communicate with your doctor and ask your doctor, tell your, your doctor and, and help you reduce your use of those medications. I want you to think of this as an alternative to pharmaceutical medication. That’s what it is. That’s how it functions, and that’s what it can do. Okay? But the, I am not your doctor and I cannot be your doctor.
[00:55:21] Therefore, the the onus is on you to be able to monitor those biomarkers and then make real time, uh, decisions about how you can reduce your use of those pharmaceutical medications moving forward. Now, doc, your, your audio was a little choppy there for a second. People are mentioned that, so I just wanna reiterate what you just shared.
[00:55:41] Um. This is food. This is food. And the wonderful thing I love about this, um, and by the way, if you do go on Amazon, you’ll be able to see the ingredient list. And let me go see if I can even, um, can I share my screen? I think I can. So look, if you go on Amazon here, for those of you who are interested, um, Amazon had by law or Amazon requires the supplement fact.
[00:56:05] So this is the supplement fact for, lemme go scroll this down for this product. Um, as you could see, this is it. There it is. Perfect. So this is the supplement facts right here. Um, no other, so this is food. So all the questions about thyroid medication, heart disease, medication. If your doctor has recommended taking certain foods, your pharmacist, then you for sure just need to, you know.
[00:56:34] Know that going into this, if your doctor is advised against drinking green tea, then you wouldn’t want this version of this, you would want the, the decaf version of it. Okay? Um, but the wonderful thing about this is this is food. And because it is food, there are virtually no contraindications whatsoever.
[00:56:53] And the cool thing is, like you said, I wanna highlight this. Let your doctor know what you’re doing and say, Hey, I wanna be monitoring our number, my numbers, my goal is to reduce my prescription. And ultimately, hopefully my goal is to get off my prescription. And so as you’re working with your medical provider, she or he will be monitoring numbers and tapering down your prescription as needed.
[00:57:19] And that could take a few months, hopefully. Um, not much more than that. But just to note, it’s just like you wouldn’t be normally concerned about Eaton. Eating certain, you know, herbs or spices or, or drinking certain tea. The one thing I wanna highlight too, about this particular, this is like this particular version of m um, of the Indian gooseberry is it’s concentrated.
[00:57:43] Like you literally can’t eat enough to get the therapeutic effect, right? It’s 20 times concentrated and so I’m a big fan of eating whatever I can in my diet A you mentioned it. You know, it’s funny, Cyrus, I actually went on chat, GPT, and I was like, why? I actually asked why haven’t most people heard of Indian gooseberries?
[00:58:06] For antioxidants, right? Number one, it’s not common in the Western diet. It’s a staple in Ayurvedic and South Asia diets. It’s relatively unknown. You’re not gonna find it at the grocery store, period. Number two, marketing power is focused elsewhere. Marketing power, big, big PR campaigns, big wellness brands have heavily promoted other products, right?
[00:58:29] Not this blueberries, green tea as mm-hmm. The taste according to chat. GPT is intense. It’s not exactly a snack for most people, and science has been slow to catch up. It takes time and funding for clinical trials to catch up and for the public to hear, and I would argue with chat GPT, it’s not that the science is slow to catch up, it’s that the media is not reporting the science, and that’s why we’re doing this.
[00:58:58] These webinars are absolutely free. Not free because we pay for the space. Like, you know, Dr. Cyrus actually reserved this meeting room, cost him money. So thank you Doc for doing this. Um, this is a grassroots effort of us sharing this because you’re not gonna see this in the New York Times, and that’s really the bottom line.
[00:59:20] But here it is. If you’re thinking of using Indian gooseberries for antioxidants according to Chad, GPT, it’s worth looking into. They rank extremely high in ORAC and are rich in vitamin C, polyphenols and more. And then I kind of went down, um, down that rabbit trail just to understand really like. This is something that we could and dare I say, need to embrace in the west.
[00:59:47] ’cause a lot of our brothers and sisters out in the east, they’re incorporating these kinds of foods as part of their daily diet. And so I love your, your question, is it best to avoid free radicals or boost antioxidants? Like what can we do? It’s both. And we need to be living this preventative, what I call this natural living lifestyle.
[01:00:07] So anyway, of course, always y’all, you gotta go consult with your pharmacist, consult with your medical provider. Um, God willing and like we’ve seen in our life, my wife, myself, Dr. Cyrus and others, your numbers will change. Your physiology will change. And as you take just one itty bitty scoop, I love it.
[01:00:29] This micro, cute little microscope of this powder. And again, it’s just, yeah, it’s just this beautiful powder. Put it in your smoothie. Like we actually do that with our kids. We just put a scoop in our smoothies and give it to the kids when they have their morning smoothies. I like it in my latte. Sabrina likes it in her super green protein shake that she makes.
[01:00:48] Um, it’s very simple. It’s very easy, but it’s really concentrated and that’s really, and that’s, wanted to thank you, doc because you made this palatable. I mean, I’m a big pumpkin pie spice guy. I love that flavor. And, um. A lot of men like that flavor too, by the way. And, um, we can go into a, a lot of men do or do not like that flavor, do a lot of men.
[01:01:12] And actually, I took, um, my neurophysiology class when I was getting my doctorate, um, our teacher explained the study to us on libido and they tested a variety of different smells. Again, going back to my world, all about aromatherapy, right? And this was before I was even turned onto aromatherapy, right?
[01:01:31] And, uh, there was an evaluation of different aroma and what would stimulate the libido in men. You know they tried a ylang ylang. They tried the florals, they tried other trees, they tried the musk, but you know what resounding was pumpkin pie, spice and just don’t know. You like the apple, you like the apple pie smell, right?
[01:01:53] For those of you who live in Australia and you never heard of it, it’s basically the spice that we put in America. Cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, that sort of thing. It’s what we put in our apple pie, but pumpkin pie, spice, PSL, pumpkin pie, spice latte, right? Um, a lot of people get at Starbucks, which we don’t know, but we make our own.
[01:02:11] So anyway, all that to be said, I love the smell. Um, I, I, I don’t, I’m not gonna say I love the taste. It’s, it’s palatable. I mean, you know what I mean? Let’s be honest here. This is in Indian Gooseberry. There’s only so much you could do with this thing. Yeah. But that’s why we sneak in in other stuff. Well, you made it enjoyable.
[01:02:30] You made I was gonna say, yeah, if you, if you put it into a smoothie, that’s the, the a a lot of people ask us, like, well, how do I take this stuff? Right? Yeah. You can put it in a glass of water. You can take it and you may or may not like the flavor. Yeah. You can put it into, uh, a smoothie. You can put it into a soup, you can put it into a salad dressing.
[01:02:47] You can put it on top of some oatmeal. Um, my recommendation is put it inside of something that’s got a relatively strong flavor, and then the flavor of the Indian gooseberry will kind of get masked, um, a little bit more. So, um, yeah, what I do is I put it inside of a smoothie every single day. Literally every single day.
[01:03:02] And I, I can’t even detect it. I’m just tasting the smoothie flavor itself. Yep, yep. And, uh, that’s how I can get a lot of this stuff in and it has a profound effect. Again, nai. Good question. The bottle’s so small, 90 servings. Look how small this little serving spoon is. It’s the smallest little, it’s laughably small I’ve ever seen in my life.
[01:03:22] You don’t, I mean, like, this is all that you need. Look, this is it. One little scuba. I love it. So anyway, great questions. Um, does Amla Green varieties trigger acid reflux? I, I don’t think there’s any reason to believe. Of course, people might have a sensitivity to certain things, but again, this is just spices.
[01:03:42] I mean, we’re talking ginger root, cinnamon bark and all the green. It’s, it’s elderberry. So you might be sensitive to certain things, but I don’t think you have to worry about that. Right. No, definitely, definitely should not. Uh, I’ve, I’ve never read anything about people getting, uh, acid reflux as a result of this.
[01:04:00] So I don’t think you have to worry about that. And I. I guarantee. So just wanna like reiterate the fact that if it does, if you take this stuff and you’re like, wow, this is the most horrendous stuff I’ve ever taken before you lied to me, Cyrus. Um, which I would never do. But if you feel that way, then just write back to us and let us know and we’ll help you out.
[01:04:21] No, I’ll give you a trick. Go ahead to natural living family.com. Type up matcha. M-A-T-C-H-A, make my matcha recipe. ’cause I actually put pumpkin pie spice in my matcha with a, a drop of cinnamon, a drop of peppermint, a scooper two this. Ooh, nice. Ever. I have that every day. Like that’s my thing every single day.
[01:04:41] It’s how I get two to three doses of this without even thought. And it’s really nice because it emulsifies with my organic, um, unsweetened almond milk and all that stuff. So folks, oh, Sharon asked a good question, will this limited time offer be good? For 24 hours after the live seminar so she could share it with others.
[01:04:59] Um, it’s gonna be extended as long as the, the answer is if you’re live right now, you’re gonna get a minute to respond. But if you watch the replay and live Now isn’t live two weeks from now. That makes sense. I just wanna be careful, if you’re watching the replay, click on the link, you’re still going to get a really, really good deal.
[01:05:20] Um, but there’s a special, special deal for like right now. So Sharon Yeah, I would just say share the link with your friends and family members and, um, I just wanna give thumbs up to hell who said he just jumped on board, got the six bottles, and um, I call several other people just love it. It’s just a blessing.
[01:05:38] Like, you know what I mean? Like Amanda just got the 12 bottles. Big hopes. I I do too. And I, I pray. Truly, I pray that God guides all y’all into the solution, y’all, to the solution that you need to not just get through whatever it is, the blood pressure or the glucose or the cholesterol, but to experience this fullness of life.
[01:06:05] You know, we, we see things as we age and as I study centenarians and the blue zones and folks that live very healthy through an old age, there’s this quality of life that is priceless. And so, you know, doc, if you could give a. A thought that people have oftentimes is, is this something I’m gonna have to take for the rest of my life?
[01:06:29] Um, can you guide us through like long-term use? Like is there a place where someone can, you know, maybe up their dose now because they’re trying to treat something, but what would like a regular maintenance dose for someone who doesn’t wanna necessarily have to take five scoops a day for the next 50 years?
[01:06:46] I mean, can you give some insight into that? Because this isn’t to get you hooked on a product for the rest of your life and taking it. So I mean, what can you do? Yeah, okay. I think it’s a very valid question, and I’m gonna reframe the question rather than do I have to take this every single day for the rest of my life to, uh, do I get to take this every single day for the rest of my life, right?
[01:07:11] Mm-hmm. Um, the reason why it makes a difference to change the way you think about it is because, um.
[01:07:21] Is a, is a true, uh, nature to, uh, all species, but particularly humans ’cause that’s what we are. Um, you, no, of course you don’t have to take this every single day for the rest of your life. Um, what I would recommend is if you are trying to lower your blood pressure, you lower your blood glucose, lower your cholesterol, or if you are highly inflamed, if you’re experiencing chronic pain right now, um, commit to taking, like I said, a minimum of two dose, two scoops per day for 90 days and just watch what happens to you.
[01:07:55] Mm-hmm. Okay. Let’s just pretend for the sake of argument that you took three scoops per day every day for the course of the next 90 days, and you were like, wow, that pain in my lower back is gone and my blood pressure just fell by 30 points. How cool is that? Right? At that point you have a decision and you can say, you know what, I’m done with this stuff.
[01:08:13] I don’t need it anymore. I’m gonna put it away, right? Because it worked. I took the bandaid, I put the bandaid on. I don’t have a wound anymore. I’m done. Right? Well, could that stuff come back? Maybe. Maybe it’ll come back. It depends on your lifestyle. Depends on what you’re doing on a daily basis. So if you decided to put it down and then all of a sudden those problems came back, well then guess what?
[01:08:34] You’re back to square one. You gotta start all over again. Right? So the way that I like to think about it is, if you have a problem you’re trying to solve, start with a pretty strong dose, two to three scoops per day, and then keep that consistent for 90 days. At the end of the 90 day period, reevaluate and say, you know what?
[01:08:48] Maybe I can bring it down to one or two scoops per day. And if you do it to one or two scoops per day, then great, now you’re in a maintenance phase. And that the, the results of compounded use will continue to pay you dividends over the course of many months and years. Okay? So just try and think about it from the perspective of, you know.
[01:09:11] I’m giving you access to a powerful medicinal plant that, that is maybe a hundred to a thousand times cheaper than pharmaceutical medication. And it’s more powerful than pharmaceutical medication, depending on which one we’re talking about. And it has zero side effects. So I’m giving you something that’s a hundred to a thousand times cheaper with zero side effects in my mind.
[01:09:35] That’s a no-brainer, but it’s totally up to you. Um, we have some questions, and I believe the answer is people can do what they want to do. There’s a, there’s two different bundles. There’s a classic bundle that includes the green tea that has caffeine and a decaf aversion. So, um, it’s, I see the button here.
[01:09:56] It says classic or decaf. You just have to click that button and then you’ll make sure. So if it’s the decaf, it’s no, there’s no green tea in it. Correct. Yeah, sorry, let me, let me clarify that. That is definitely confusing and I apologize for that because you’re asking questions about caffeine and all that.
[01:10:12] Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. Okay, so, uh, truth be told, this is misleading. It says classic. This should say the word herbal. Okay? So like I was talking about red, but earlier, red and purple and brown. All three of these have no caffeine in them. So these are technically herbal, herbal, herbal, zero caffeine.
[01:10:33] Okay? If you chose that, you wanted to click, if you clicked on this thing right here that says decaf, then it switches over and now you can get, um, uh, different bundles that have a green bottle in them, the green bottle with a little red dot on it. This is a decaffeinated version. Okay? So the decaffeinated is basically oolong green tea, which has caffeine that has gone through a decaffeinated process.
[01:10:57] So it used to be caffeinated. It no longer is caffeinated. And some people like the flavor of the green. I personally do not like the green flavor at all. That’s, I, that’s just me being very candid with you. So if you want to try the decaffeinated version, go for it here. If you wanna try the herbal versions, then go ahead here.
[01:11:16] My strong preference is the herbal ones, but that’s just me personally. And is there caffeine in the herbal or no? No, there’s no caffeine in the herbals. Okay. There’s zero caffeine in any of these bottles you see here. Got it. And the decaf version also has zero caffeine. It’s just a different flavor, that’s all.
[01:11:32] And um, if people want just the pumpkin pie, they can get that. Right. Is that how, if you, if, if someone just wants to get, let’s say the, um, the pumpkin pie spice version or something, they could just, oh, they, they could respond and they could say, Hey, I just want six bottles of the purple, six bottles of, can they do that?
[01:11:56] Yes. Good, good call. Okay, so this is what you do in the chat box. Yeah. I just wrote, I just dropped an email address, which is support@amlagreen.com. Yep. Uh, I’m gonna pin that to the very top. Okay. If you want to customize your order, write an email to that email address and tell them exactly what you’re looking for.
[01:12:18] Say I want six purple bottles, I want three purples and three oranges. Then our support team will be able to custom order you, um, exactly what you’re looking for, and then, um, send you a link that you can click on that will then allow you to purchase that exact customized order. So that’s the simplest way to do it.
[01:12:41] I just can’t make custom bottles for you guys on the fly right here.
[01:12:48] Some good, some good questions about, well. You know, I’m hypotensive. I don’t necessarily wanna lower blood pressure more. Um, what this, what this does, and correct me if I’m wrong, this allows your body to heal. And this isn’t a blood pressure lowering strategy. What this is, this is an inflammation strategy, which then will help correct insulin resistance.
[01:13:19] So it’s a different mentality. It’s a completely different mentality. People take a drug that has one activity, one action only, and that’s just what it’s designed to do. Raise something, lower, something that’s basically what drugs do, and they hijack the body’s neural chemical processes to accomplish that.
[01:13:42] This is getting to actually the root mechanism and the root, root cause of what’s happening. So if you have an extreme amount of antioxidant load like Dr. Z’s explained earlier, you’re ultimately going to fix your free radical and your inflammation problem. And guess what? If you are hypotensive, your blood pressure’s gonna go race to normal levels.
[01:14:06] If your hypertensive, your blood pressure’s gonna decrease to normal levels. Same thing with cholesterol, same thing with insulin, same thing with you name it. So if you can agree with that, that’s just a way of looking at this is. That’s the beauty. It’s vitalistic healing at its greatest. And it’s like, that’s how God made our body.
[01:14:26] So this is fantastic. So for people like Linda who’s like, look, I just want to, you know, lose a little weight, but I, I feel great. I’m in my mid seventies. Well, yeah. Taking something like this, and I like how you said it. Do we get the chance to take this, um, you know, like you don’t have to eat a good, healthy diet if you don’t want to.
[01:14:46] You could go eating junk, I guess, for the rest of your life. Mm-hmm. Um, if you don’t have the benefits for Yeah, for sure. It’s a nice way of, of flipping that upside down. Um, this has been fantastic. I know we’ve been going for about an hour and 15 minutes. Um, I, I hope we’ve answered all the questions When it comes to safety, um, children, again, this is food.
[01:15:07] I mean, just, I, I can’t stress enough. This is literally food. So we a hundred percent my 2-year-old gets this and his morning smoothie. I mean, we give up baby Isaac through my eldest. Esther, who’s 16? The only one who’s not getting this is the infant, but the infant gets it through mama’s milk. Right. So mama’s taking it.
[01:15:29] So pregnant. Yeah. Mamas nursing. Mamas. Babies. Dogs. Again, I would be cautious to ask your, your, your veterinarian any concern at all when it comes to like clove or cinnamon, but again, this is herbs and spices, so it’s so safe. It’s super sweet. Um, I’m so excited that people can customize the order based off of their flavor personally.
[01:15:54] All like, I, I guess I take the, the, the lazy route. I don’t worry about the flavor. I put it in my latte. It’s just like, I don’t taste it ever. I don’t, I’m not doing, yeah, you don’t have to worry about it. You know, I’m not doing this for taste at all. Um, can you add it to coffee? Yeah, but here’s the thing though.
[01:16:10] Add it to it like a latte. Mix it up. You know, it’s a great idea. Put it in a blender. Put your coffee in a blender. I like a little bit of liquid stevia, maybe some almond milk, and put a scoop of this in. Done. I mean, that’s a great buzzed up way. Um, so again, just really quick, can you go over what each color is again, and then maybe we’ll take one or two more questions, then we’ll Sure.
[01:16:32] Yep. Okay. And now there’s another, there was another thing about is it’s, uh, can I feed it to my child? Is it safe for child children? Five plus my, the answer is absolutely. You could feed it to a six month old child. We’ve been giving it to my daughter. She’s three years old every single day. She loves it.
[01:16:49] She takes it out all the time. Um, and this girl has a brain, like nobody’s all nobody’s ever seen before. So maybe there’s a correlation. Maybe not. Okay. You sound like a proud dad. So to answer y’all, you sound like a proud papa. You bragged on your, you bragged on her a couple times. I got seven kids, man. I mean, come on.
[01:17:06] My kids are the best. I know what you mean. I know what you mean. You, you have no choice but to be a proud daddy when you got a kid. I love it. I love, I love, I love families. God loves families. All right, what do you got? Okay, uh, let me just this real quick. Flavors, flavors, colors, big rundown. Flavors. Colors, caff, no caff.
[01:17:24] All right. And then, oh, price. It works. I just clicked the button. You do add the cart. Um, I think so many people clicked on the link. It said product not available, actually. So please try again or refresh your browser. I hate to say it. You don’t wanna leave, refresh this screen, but I just clicked and it did say wasn’t unavailable.
[01:17:41] So that’s a good sign, I guess. So many of you’re crashing the internet. You’re breaking the website. Um, we’ll see. Oh, that’s interesting. I don’t know. Yeah. Do you see that on your side right now, Dr. I did. No, I did a few minutes ago, but then I refreshed my screen that came up. Okay, hopefully it’s back again.
[01:17:55] All right. It’s alright. Yeah, we got some con. So, okay, so here’s the deal. You got the red bottle, the purple bottles, and the orange bottles. The red bottle is a hibiscus flavor. The purple bottle is an elderberry flavor. It’s my favorite. The orange bottle is a pumpkin spice flavor. All three of them are caffeine free.
[01:18:16] So if you have caffeine issues, do not worry about it. All right, again, hibiscus red, elderberry purple, and uh, pumpkin spice brown. All right. If you switch over to this tab right here that says decaf, this right here gets you the hibiscus flavor in red, the elderberry and purple. And then you basically get a decaffeinated green tea version.
[01:18:38] So there’s a green tea version that just has gone through a decaffeination process. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the flavor, but if you like the green tea flavor and you like the decaf flavor, go for it. If this is your first time coming to it, my recommendation would be get one of these because these flavors in my professional opinion just taste better.
[01:18:58] But it is totally up to you. If you like the green tea flavor, then go ahead and click on this decaf button. You can snag it there. Awesome. Does that make sense? It does to me. I appreciate it. Um, this is fantastic folks. We’re gonna be, I believe you’re gonna send the replay out to people, right? Correct.
[01:19:15] Yeah. You guys will be getting a replay in your email and, uh, I appreciate you guys all being here today. This was fun. Um, I had a great time with you guys and, uh, I truly do. I truly do hope that this has a profound impact on your metabolic health and your physical health. Um, I cannot state this anymore clearly.
[01:19:33] Please, please. Do your best to commit to taking a minimum of two scoops per day for 90 days without an exception. Literally turn it. Put a reminder on your phone. Put a reminder on your calendar. Stick it in a place in your, in your cupboard or on your kitchen counter where you will not forget this. If you can commit to taking two scoops a day every single day for 90 days, just watch.
[01:19:58] What can happen to you. It is truly magic. Okay? So take, take me up on it. Yep. Take me up on it and, uh, I think you’re gonna be pleasantly surprised. Set yourself up for success, y’all. Whatever your morning routine is, consider just set yourself up for success and make it part of that. Just put the container like I do right next to my Amla Green tea.
[01:20:21] I go to it every day. I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I’m, it says, oh, it’s right next to it, and now it’s become a habit. Um, I love that. Folks, this has been wonderful. Dr. Cyrus. Thank you so much. Um, absolutely. Just always, always blessed and honored and I learned a ton. What Is Amla or Indian Gooseberry?
Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) or (Emblica officinalis), also known as Indian gooseberry, has been celebrated for more than a thousand years in Ayurvedic medicine. Itʼs one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C because 100 grams of fresh fruit can pack as much as 20 oranges worth.
These bright yellow-green berries are loaded with antioxidants, polyphenols, and tannins, which modern studies link to improved blood sugar, cholesterol, and vascular function. They’re naturally tart, which is why most people outside India find them hard to enjoy raw, but powdered forms such as the organic amla powder by Amla Green, make them much easier to add into daily life.
Health Benefits of Amla Berries
From lowering blood sugar to protecting your heart and even supporting glowing skin, amla is one of the most versatile superfruits you can add to your daily routine. Backed by both centuries of traditional use and modern clinical research, its rejuvenating properties are primarily attributed to the healing of oxidative damage.
Antioxidants touch nearly every area in the body from the digestive system to immune defense but often the most profound changes are seen in the cardiovascular system. Letʼs take a closer look at the most powerful ways amla powder supports your health starting with its remarkable effect on blood sugar.
Supports Healthy Blood Sugar
The soluble fiber in amla slows sugar absorption, helping to blunt post-meal spikes. In human trials, amla supplementation lowered fasting glucose and improved insulin sensitivity.
For anyone navigating insulin resistance, prediabetes, or Type 2 diabetes, amla offers a food-first way to support glucose control without harsh side effects often seen in medications. Anything you can do to help improve insulin resistance is going to have incredible health benefits, and Amla Green powder is a very simple step to take.
Improves Cholesterol & Lipids
Amla has been shown to reduce LDL (“badˮ) cholesterol and triglycerides while raising HDL (“goodˮ) cholesterol.
One clinical trial found that just 500 mg/day significantly improved lipid markers in healthy adults, supporting cardiovascular resilience. These results mirror whatʼs been reported in both diabetic and non-diabetic subjects.
“Dropping LDL cholesterol from about 115 down to about 85 within 21 days is a monster, absolute monster change in a very short period of time.”
~ Dr. Cyrus Khambatta
Vascular Health & Blood Pressure
In a randomized, placebo-controlled study, daily amla supplementation improved blood fluidity and lowered oxidative stress markers like 8-OHdG. Participants also saw healthier endothelial function, which plays a central role in maintaining blood pressure.
For readers dealing with hypertension, amla may be one of the simplest daily habits to help relax blood vessels naturally.
Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory Power
Amla has been shown in several analyses to have a higher ORAC (antioxidant) value even than turmeric, making it one of the most antioxidant-rich foods documented in scientific literature. Its polyphenols, like gallic acid and ellagic acid, neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.
This is crucial because oxidative stress drives chronic conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even cognitive decline. By boosting the bodyʼs antioxidant defenses, amla supports whole-body resilience.
Digestive & Nutrient Support
Amlaʼs fiber content supports healthy digestion and regularity, while its vitamin C helps increase iron absorption. This makes it an excellent addition for people struggling with low energy, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms, or poor nutrient absorption.
Amla powder is often included in digestive enzyme supplements to enhance antioxidant support, though research on digestive outcomes is still emerging.
Skin, Hair & Healthy Aging
Beyond metabolic benefits, amla is known as a “beauty fruit”. Its antioxidants protect skin collagen, help delay wrinkles, and support elasticity. Regular consumption can also promote stronger nails. Traditionally, amla oil and powder are used to support hair growth, prevent graying, and reduce dandruff.
In fact, a 2013 clinical trial showed that amla oil, or in this case amla syrup, may also help with hair thinning and hair loss in women. Women who took amla for 12 weeks had more hairs in the growth phase, fewer in the shedding phase, and reported higher satisfaction with their hair compared to those on placebo. Even better, it was safe and well-tolerated.
How We Use Amla Powder Every Day
I love how easy Amla Green makes it to get these benefits every day, whether adding the organic amla powder into our daily matcha latte or enjoying it blended in a smoothie.
So many amla powder options out there are poor tasting, include non-organic ingredients, or can become overly expensive because of shipping costs. Amla Green gives us an easy-to-use, great tasting option that makes it easy for us to incorporate the incredible antioxidant benefits into our every day life.

Dr. Zʼs Man-Meal or Matcha Boost: I am all about efficiency. In this reel, I added a scoop of Amla Green powder into my hearty bowl of muesli-based “man meal” as Mariah called it. It blends seamlessly, adds zero hassle, and gives me the confidence that I’m getting my two daily servings as I focus on eating to live.
I also started included in my Matcha Latte for a huge antioxidant boost every day. This is a simplified approach that works well for me so I know I’ll stick with it.
Mama Zʼs Tea & Smoothie Secret: Mama Z loves sipping Amla Green as a soothing tea in the evening or blending it into her morning smoothie. She loves that it tastes like a light herbal tea rather than the sour, puckery gooseberries themselves.
Both of us agree that sometimes convenience does matters. When it’s a simple shift to make, it is so much easier to take that new step to improve your health. Amla Green makes it simple to stay consistent, which is the real key to long-term health transformation.

Safety & FAQs
Clinically safe: Human trials confirm daily doses of 500 mg/day are safe and well-tolerated. Of course you should check with your doctor if youʼre on blood sugar, blood pressure, or blood-thinning medications. Start low if you have a sensitive stomach. We find that mixing the powder into tea or a smoothie helps.
And this is something that anyone in the family can take from our toddler to Mama Z during her pregnancy. In fact, as I shared in this webinar, we used Amla Green to help bring down her blood pressure during her last pregnancy!
“Here’s what happened to Sabrina. She’s nine months pregnant and her blood pressure was through the roof. And I made Mama Z a wonderful blood pressure, hypertension blend that works wonders on essential oils. And then she started taking two scoops of Amla Green every day. And her blood pressure’s perfect.”
~ Dr. Z
How long until I see results?
Most people notice changes in 4-12 weeks with consistent daily use of amla fruit powder.
Can I drink it every day?
Yes! Consistency is key because amlaʼs benefits build over time. We recommend drinking it twice daily or adding to your meals.
Is tea as effective as capsules?
Research uses standardized extracts, but teas and powders boost compliance, making them just as effective when used consistently.
For us, Amla Green isnʼt just another supplement. Itʼs a daily ritual that fits naturally into our lives. Whether Dr. Z is mixing it into his meals or Mama Z is sipping it as tea or blending it into smoothies for the kiddos, we know weʼre giving our bodies one of the most antioxidant-rich foods on the planet.
If youʼre serious about tackling blood sugar, cholesterol, or blood pressure naturally, Amla Green makes it simple and sustainable.
