Affiliate Terms of Service

Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the Natural Living Family Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Natural Living Family reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at our discretion if we determine a violation of these Terms of Service or other misuse of the program. Violation of any terms below may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation period.
General Requirements for Acceptance

You must operate a website or business in the United States.

You must have an established website and/or an email list of 5,000 or more subscribers, or a social media following of 10,000 or more followers.

You must be in compliance with our Natural Living Family Terms of Service.

No coupon sites or discount offer sites. Please do not apply.
Enrollment
After receiving your application, we will review your information and notify you of your acceptance into our program within two (2) business days. We reserve the right to reject any application. If you believe your application was rejected in error, please contact us at affiliate@naturallivingfamily.com.
Website Restrictions
Your participating website(s) may not:

Infringe on our or anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

Violate any law, rule, or regulation.

Contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful, or explicit content, including nudity or pornography.

Contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other malicious programming.

Use software or technology to intercept, divert, or redirect internet traffic away from another website.

Make unauthorized health claims regarding our products. All marketing materials must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations on supplement marketing.

Your marketing material (emails, social media posts, landing pages, ads) must not mention any diseases or imply that our products help, treat, mitigate, or cure any disease or sickness. Violating this policy will result in account termination.
Linking to Our Website

Your website must not copy, resemble, or create the impression that it is part of Natural Living Family’s website.

You may not use misleading links, pop-ups, or cookie stuffing.

Redirecting clicks to a domain that did not originate them is prohibited.
PPC Guidelines
We do not allow any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising in our affiliate program.
Affiliates may not bid on Natural Living Family trademarks, brand-related keywords, or any misspellings in search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Violations may result in immediate termination from the program.

You may not use your affiliate link to purchase products for personal use or resale.
Coupon Code Guidelines

You may not use coupon or discount offer sites to promote our program.

You may not submit your affiliate code to any coupon sites.

Any transaction originating from a coupon or offer site will be reversed.

You may only advertise coupon/discount codes that are provided exclusively to you through the affiliate program.
Domain Guidelines
Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited. Examples:

Social Media
Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of your social handle is strictly prohibited. Examples:

Email Marketing Compliance
If you intend to promote our program via email campaigns, you must:

Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187).

Include a functional opt-out/unsubscribe link in every email.

Clearly state that the email is being sent by you, not on behalf of Natural Living Family.
Reversal & Communication Policy
We reserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, or violations of these terms.
If we contact you for clarification regarding traffic sources or transactions, you must respond in a timely and honest manner. Violations of our communication policy include:

Being intentionally vague, deceptive, or dishonest.

Failing to respond within a reasonable time period.

Being unable to substantiate or validate the source of your traffic with clear proof.
Failure to comply may result in order reversals or suspension from the affiliate program.
