About Dr. Eric Zielinski ("Dr. Z")
Dr. Eric Zielinski, known to many as “Dr. Z,” is a chiropractor, public health researcher, and bestselling author with a passion for helping Christians live healthier, more abundant lives.
Driven by his own health struggles and a calling to serve others, Dr. Z has become a trusted voice in essential oils, natural remedies, and Biblical health. His work bridges the gap between ancient, Scripture-rooted wisdom and modern science in a way that is practical, approachable, and grounded in truth.
He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Sabrina (“Mama Z)”, and their seven children.
Dr. Z and Mama Z are the founders Bible Health Academy — a faith-based community where Christians support each other to live healthier, more abundant life.
Since 2014, they have helped more than 2 million families learn about faith-based natural health through their online masterclasses, summits and websites BibleHealth.com and NaturalLivingFamily.com.
Dr. Z and Mama Z are international speakers and educators, committed to equipping families to take responsibility for their health, honor their bodies, and experience the abundant life God designed.
Dr. Z’s Story

That prayer has shaped everything.
Long before the books, the platform, or the ministry, there was a young man searching for purpose.
Growing up outside Detroit, Dr. Z struggled with addiction, depression, gut issues, skin problems, and a deep sense of hopelessness.
Everything changed in 2003 when he gave his life to Christ.
What followed wasn’t just a spiritual awakening, it was a complete life transformation.
As his faith grew, so did his understanding that caring for the body is a form of worship. He began changing his lifestyle, one decision at a time. Slowly, the issues that once defined his life began to fade.
For the first time, he experienced what it meant to live with purpose. And he couldn’t keep it to himself.
That same desire to serve others that showed up in childhood, helping neighbors, stepping in where there was a need, became the foundation of his life’s work.
Today, that calling continues through his teaching, writing, and mission to help people return to God’s design for health.

For as long as he can remember, Dr. Z wanted his life to matter.
Growing up outside Detroit, he often wondered how a truck driver’s son, without connections or resources, could do anything meaningful with his life. Behind the scenes, he was battling addiction, depression, gut issues, skin problems, and a deep sense of hopelessness.
Everything changed in 2003. When he gave his life to Christ, it wasn’t just a spiritual shift. It was a complete reset. He began to see that caring for the body wasn’t separate from faith. It was an act of worship.
So he started making changes. One decision at a time. And slowly, the issues that had followed him for years began to fade.
For the first time, he had clarity. Purpose. Direction. And he knew this wasn’t something to keep to himself.
That’s where the mission began. To help others see clearly. To remove confusion.
And to show people how to live the abundant life God designed, in spirit, soul, and body.
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Everything we teach is built on that foundation.
Not trends.
Not opinions.
Not whatever is popular at the moment.
Dr. Z’s approach is intentionally multi-disciplinary because real life is complex. Health isn’t just physical. It’s spiritual, mental, emotional, and practical. There is no single source, product, or protocol that solves everything. That’s why we focus on principles over quick fixes.
Over the years, this work has been shaped through study, research, long hours, and a commitment to pursue only what aligns with truth. Not everything that sounds good is good. Not everything that’s popular is right.
As the mission has grown, so has the vision. We believe this isn’t something we’re meant to do alone. God has already given us the foundation. Our role is to build on it, to grow in wisdom, and to walk alongside others who are committed to living differently in a world that has lost its way.
This is about partnership. About responsibility. And about helping people step into the life they were created to live.

For over 15 years, Dr. Z has been formally trained as a natural health care provider, chiropractor and researcher with the intent to educate, inspire and challenge people to live their God-given potential. He was on the esteemed Research Track while earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University. In 2016, he first began studying aromatherapy at the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy. Since then, he has written three bestselling books on essential oils and has taught more than 2 million people how to use natural therapies through his blog, masterclasses and publications.
