About Sabrina Ann Zielinski ("Mama Z")
Sabrina Ann Zielinski, known as “Mama Z,” is a bestselling author, former Mrs. Georgia (2019), and a passionate advocate for women who want to overcome the confusion and overwhelm of modern wellness and return to God’s design for health. She’s also a homebirth mom of seven who lives this lifestyle out daily.
She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Eric (“Dr. Z”), and their seven children.
Dr. Z and Mama Z are the founders Bible Health Academy — a faith-based community where Christians support each other to live healthier, more abundant life.
Since 2014, they have helped more than 2 million families learn about faith-based natural health through their online masterclasses, summits and websites BibleHealth.com and NaturalLivingFamily.com.
Dr. Z and Mama Z are international speakers and educators, committed to equipping families to take responsibility for their health, honor their bodies, and experience the abundant life God designed.
Mama Z's Story

Mama Z grew up surrounded by herbs and natural living. From the time she was five, her family sold fresh herbs at a local farmer’s market, where she learned directly from growers about both traditional practices and the realities of modern farming.
Through her mother’s work with the International Herb Association and mentorship from a close family friend skilled in holistic medicine, she was introduced early to essential oils and natural remedies.
But knowledge didn’t prevent struggle.
As a young woman, Mama Z faced serious health challenges, including ADD, dysmenorrhea, digestive issues, and undiagnosed food sensitivities. By her early twenties, she was on 10 different prescriptions, battling an eating disorder, and everything changed when she gave her life to Christ.
She discovered that she was allergic to gluten, sugar, preservatives, and dairy. One by one she learned to convert all of her favorite dishes into food she could eat without suffering.
Friends and family kept asking for these recipes and that became the catalyst for her recipe database on NaturalLivingFamily.com.
