The Energy & Focus Inhaler

Ingredients

  • 10 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 5 drops pine essential oil
  • 5 drops May Chang essential oil (Litsea cubeba)

Instructions

  • Drop all the essential oils directly into the inhaler tube. Shake gently to blend.
  • Then place the cotton pad wick into the inhaler tube.
  • Alternatively, you can drop the blend into a glass bowl, roll the cotton pad in the oils to absorb them, and then insert it into the inhaler using tweezers.

Notes

*De-Stress Variation - Want a more calming version for after a long day? Try swapping rosemary and pine for 10 drops lavender, 5 drops Roman chamomile or ylang ylang, and 5 drops sweet orange. This “De-Stress Inhalerˮ variation is ideal for emotional balance and is especially helpful for teachers managing classroom overwhelm.
