Neuropathy and Pain Relief Roll-On

  • Add the essential oils to your roller bottle.
  • Fill the remaining space in the glass roller bottle with the carrier oil of your choice.
  • Roll over your body’s most permeable areas—such as the chest, head and neck, inner arms, inner thighs, and behind the knees—then apply to any areas of concern.

Notes

*No matter what allergies you may have, there’s a carrier oil that’s right for you. You can use any or a combination of these: Avocado, Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond. These are our favorite carrier oils; to see a full list of options, click here. I prefer using a blend of jojoba and fractionated coconut oil.
