Mental Focus Roll-On

Ingredients

  • 1 drop neroli essential oil
  • 1 drop rose geranium essential oil
  • 1 drop bergamot essential oil
  • 1 drop German chamomile essential oil *
  • 1 drop vetiver essential oil
  • 1 drop sweet orange essential oil
  • Carrier oil **

Instructions

  • Add one drop of each essential oil to your amber glass roll-on bottle.
  • Add your favorite carrier oil to fill the rest of the bottle and apply to pulse points as needed.
  • Mix the essential oils and carrier oil by rolling gently between your palms to combine.
  • Apply to pulse points whenever you need a pick-me-up.

Notes

*Substitute with Roman chamomile if you don’t have German chamomile.
**No matter what allergies you may have, there’s a carrier oil that’s right for you. You can use any, or a combination of these: Avocado, Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond. The best carrier oils for this recipe are fractionated coconut oil and jojoba oil because they absorb quickly and work the best. I always do half fractionated coconut oil and jojoba oil.
