  1. Place the garlic, capers, Dijon, liquid aminos, mayonnaise, half of the parmesan, salt, and pepper in a magic bullet or food processor.
  2. Blend until well combined. Stir in the rest of the parmesan and adjust the seasonings if needed.
  3. Keep in a glass container in the fridge. Use on salads or as a dip. Enjoy!
