Red Green Smoothie (Vegan)

Supplies

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons Mama Z’s Cancer-Fighting Super Greens Powder OR Living Fuel SuperGreens
  • 1 organic banana, peeled
  • 1 whole organic lemon (peel and all!)
  • 1 organic avocado, peeled AND pitted
  • 1 handful organic berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, OR strawberries)
  • 1 handful organic cubed pineapple
  • ½ whole organic beet, sliced
  • 1 handful fresh organic greens (organic collards, kale, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon organic ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon organic hemp hearts/seeds (optional)
  • Purified OR distilled water OR ice

Instructions

  • Place the super greens powder, banana, lemon, avocado, berries, pineapple, beet, greens, flaxseed, chia seeds, and hemp hearts in a blender. Add enough water or ice to fully submerge all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into a large glass.
