Healthy Digestion Blend

Ingredients

  • 10 ml raw organic local honey AND carrier oil (coconut oil, extra-virgin AND unrefined is my favorite)
  • Healthy Digestion Blend (20 drops TOTAL cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, orange AND/OR rosemary essential oil)

Instructions

  • Mix the honey, carrier oil, and Healthy Digestion Blend together.
  • Stir 2 drops of the diluted Healthy Digestion Blend into herbal tea or water, or take directly.

Notes

Variation: Alternatively, you can add a drop or two of the following organic essential oils as spice/herb replacements in culinary preparations: cardamom, cinnamon, citrus, clove, coriander, dill, fennel, ginger, or thyme.
