Place all the nuts in a large bowl. Add the sea salt and cayenne and stir well. Be sure to taste your mixture to ensure it has the right amount of spices and salt.
Cover with just enough honey to toss to mix it throughout. Continue stirring until the honey is well incorporated and barely binds the nuts.
Divide the mixture into twelve ½-cup portions and store them separately in 4-ounce canning jars or other small containers. To serve to a group, place it in a wide-mouth jar and serve it with a spoon.
Notes
This recipe freezes well. Just pull it out of the freezer to thaw the day before serving.
