Instructions
Place the water, ice cubes, blueberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, dates, honey, spinach, stevia, and protein powder in a blender. Blend, starting with the lowest setting and quickly increasing the speed to high, until smooth.

*We like to use organic brown rice and grass-fed bone broth protein.
