  • Place the coconut cream, coffee, pumpkin purée, coconut oil, butter, stevia, and essential oils in a blender. Blend until frothy.
  • Pour the latte into a mug and garnish with organic pumpkin pie spice powder, if desired.

Notes

I love using a latte art stencil kit to create beautiful designs on top of the beverage. I theme them to the season, holiday, or person’s favorite thing.
To make Mama Z’s Light Pumpkin Latte, omit the coconut cream, coconut oil, and butter and add 5.4 ounces of organic unsweetened vanilla almond OR coconut milk beverage/”creamer” (I prefer pumpkin-spice or cinnamon-flavored Nutpods), 1 packet of liposomal vitamin C, and 2-4 droppersful cinnamon or pumpkin spice-flavored liquid stevia. This is a great variation that adds an immune-boosting twist!
