Put the carrots, parsley, apples, beet, and ginger through a juicer. Stir the juice gently to mix. Garnish with cayenne pepper, if desired.
Notes
For a veggie-based drink, omit the apple and double the ginger and beets. I also add 1 stalk of organic celery (broken in half) and a handful of organic greens. My favorite greens are chard, kale, and spinach.
