  • Place the water, ice cubes, blueberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, dates, honey, kale, stevia, and protein powder in a blender. Blend, starting with the lowest setting and quickly increasing the speed to high, until smooth.

Notes

*Our favorite dates are Medjool dates that contain pits.  We remove the pits ourselves and don’t mind—the flavor is better!
