Ingredients

herb-infused vinegar
OR organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar

tablespoon
egg replacer
PLUS ⅛ cup purified OR distilled water OR pasture-raised organic egg

extra-virgin olive oil

pink Himalayan salt
OR sea salt, ground, OR to taste

organic white pepper, ground,

Instructions
Put the vinegar in a blender. As the machine is running, slowly add the oil in a steady stream. Blend well
Add egg and mix again. Add salt and pepper and more or less vinegar depending on your flavor preference.
