Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

Instructions
  1. Cream butter or butter/coconut oil mixture & natural sweetener.
  2. Add eggs, cream well.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients and alternate with bananas, being careful not to over mix.
  4. Add nuts - your preference on whole or crushed.
  5. Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans and 2 small loaf pans.
  6. Bake on 350 degrees.
  7. Small loaf pans take 30-40 minutes baking time.
  8. Large loaf pans take one hour.
  9. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Unsweetened version:

Replace the maple syrup with two extra mashed bananas.
