Grass-Fed Butter Toffee

This toffee is adapted from a recipe that my little-sister-in-Christ made up. Her name is Kelcie Morgan and she has one of my favorite food blogs "<a href="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-mce-href="">Kelcie's Kreations</a>".
  1. Heat skillet to low-medium heat with butter.
  2. Once butter is melted down add coconut sugar, vanilla and stevia.
  3. Stir in all ingredients for 10-15 minutes until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour into a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Add cocoa nibs and nuts and freeze for one hour.
