Homemade Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ cup cashews
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse until the consistency of parmesan cheese.
  3. Sprinkle away! You can use this just like you would a traditional, homemade parmesan cheese or in any recipe that calls for parmesan cheese. It freezes great!
