Organic Coffee Latte Recipe

  • 2 cups organic low-acid Lifeboost Coffee, freshly brewed
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic vanilla-flavored almond or coconut milk or unsweetened almond or coconut “creamer” (see note)
  • 4-6 dropperfuls full of vanilla- or hazelnut-flavored liquid stevia
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice powder (see Note, below), plus more to sprinkle
  1. Pour ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix on high until frothy.
  2. Pour into mug and garnish with cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Serve immediately.
Nutpods and Califa Farms Better Half are both dairy-free, half and half “creamers.” Be sure to use an unsweetened variety.

If you prefer more froth, you can blend this in your Vitamix. Then sprinkle the cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice on top.

Immune Boosting Coffee: Add 2 drops our Immune-Boosting Blend. To make blend, add 10 drops each of cinnamon bark, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, orange and rosemary essential oils in a 5 ml bottle and mix gently. Use this blend in this recipe, in your diffuser and in cleaning products as directed.
