Homemade French Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil Vegenaise
  • 1½ cups sweet onions chopped or 4-8 Tbsp. Dried (if using fresh lightly brown them in 1-2 tablespoons oil and ¼ pink Himalayan salt and wait till they are cool)
  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in the Vitamix, food processor, or blender on high to mix.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
