Gluten Free Gravy Recipe for Special Occasions
It can be difficult to come up with a good gravy when you can't have gluten or corn. This recipe makes a wonderful allergy-friendly gravy you can enjoy any time of the year!
  1. Melt butter in pan over low heat
  2. Whisk in rice starch or gravy thickener to make a roux. Personally I love to use an immersion blender.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients starting with chicken stock.
  4. Raise heat to medium until liquid comes to a low boil.
  5. Simmer gravy, stirring frequently, until desired consistency.
  6. Serve with favorite meal - perfect for Thanksgiving Dinner!
For vegen/vegetarian gravy:

Replace butter with coconut oil and chicken stock with vegetable stock.
