Mama Z's Healthy Cranberry Salad Recipe
Originally from our good family friend, “Uncle Gene”, this family favorite has been modified to remove the processed sugars and also make it allergy friendly making it a great recipe choice for your healthy holidays!
  • 1 pound fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple, cored but with skin
  • ¾ rind of one orange
  • 2 naval oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup of maple syrup
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor, adding the maple syrup ¼ cup at a time, and tasting for desired sweetness.
  2. Pulse until blended.
  3. Chill and serve cooled.
