Healthy Cranberry Relish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound organic fresh cranberries
  • 1 organic apple, cored but with skin
  • ¾ rind of one organic orange
  • 2 organic navel oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup Grade A Dark Amber maple syrup
Supplies:
Instructions
  1. Place the cranberries, apple, and oranges in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the maple syrup ¼ cup at a time, and pulse until blended. Add more maple syrup until the salad reaches your desired level of sweetness. Chill and serve cold.
